Character Personality: Milla has a very strong personality, but in a good way. She loves to have a good time and throw parties and dance and cha cha. She is a very detailed oriented person, surprisingly. Spending most of her days doing research on pokemon, she knows how to observe and learn peoples strengths & weaknesses if not through observation but also her psychic ability. She rarely uses it on humans, only when she must.

She has issues around children. Although she wants to have fun and show them that life is a wonderful thing, in the back of her mind she is constantly thinking about the orphanage, she is haunted with thoughts of them screaming, as if she is able to hear their memories asking why she was not there to save them.

Milla is also a gigantic procrastinator. Spending most of her time dancing and throwing parties, ignoring her paperwork sitting at her desk or in her bag. Her Jynx and Espeon rarely help because they have the same mentality as her. Gardevoir luckily keeps her focused when she really needs to be.

Not only does she procrastinate on her own, but she is a master of making others procrastinate as well. She can easily convince people to join her in dancing or parties or even just avoiding doing work.

Character History: Milla was not born in Johto, but she does not remember much of her homeland. Growing up in Johto was a very busy life for her. Milla's parents were Artists and spent a lot of time traveling the Region from hip galleries to large night clubs, which she loved. Of course her parents didn't slow down when they had her, so they took her along. She instantly fell in love with the lights and the colors and lava lamps.

From then on Milla practiced dancing and shaking her hips to the music and jumping up and down on her bed. Her father spent a lot of time away from home when she got older after they had their second child, a son. Because of the baby Milla's mother decided to not take him to the clubs or the galleries like they did with Milla, this meant that she was no longer able to go either. This first tantrum was when her psychic abilities first appeared. Screaming at her father as he walked out the door leaving her behind, a lamp crashed against the door. No one knew how to explain it, but Milla knew what she had done. This scared her.

For weeks she went to the Icy Caves to try to clear her mind. She noticed that she was starting to hear peoples thoughts and it was the only place where they seemed to go away. This was where she first met Darling, as Smoochum then, it came up and simply touched her. Instantly Milla was able to communicate with the creature, it wasn't through words but images and feelings. The pokemon taught her more about how to control her abilities. For days Milla came back to the cave to talk with the Smoochum , which she had nicknamed Darling. After about her 10th visit, the Smoochum followed her out of the cave and back to her home. Her mother fell in love with the pokemon and insisted that Milla keep it, as it seemed to be helping with "special" issue.

After a few years, Milla decided to travel across Johto with the Smoochum to study more Psychic type pokemon (and to find more clubs to shake them hips at). For a good six month she spent her time studying psychic type pokemon, where she found Bebe as a fragile Ralts. She also found a good place to live and make some extra cash, at a Children Orphanage in Azalea Town. The surrounding forests proved valuable research material as she could spend hours in the forest with various pokemon, digging through their minds. She was 23 when her first paper was published on the social activity of Abras. It was ground break research as no one had been able to get close to them in the wild, in a group, without them teleporting away. In a flood of joy Smoochum evolved into a Jynx.

The research had actually been completed two years before, but her excessive partying and traveling to night clubs in larger cities delayed the paper from being completed. She still loved her research, and as a gift her family sent her an Eevee. She instantly fell in love with it. And only a week after she got it, evolved into an Espeon.

A few months after the publication of her papers, the orphanage she was working at burned down while she was studying the habits of Bronzor in Sinnoh. She had only been gone for a week but when the news arrived, she was devastated. For months she spent her days shelled up in her home in Blackthorn, unable to come out. A year of doing solid research, she was finally convinced to travel to Bohren, start a new journey as a pokemon trainer. She had spent so long just doing research, she had forgotten the joys of battling. Plus the amount of pokemon there astounded her and being able to study new pokemon she had not seen before. She is ready to leave her old life behind and start a brand new exciting chapter in her life in Bohren.

First Person: OH Dahling! You are just too tense for me! No no, you come sit down right here. Relaaax! Now I want you take in deep breaths. Allow me to clear your mind. Yes...you have a lot of baggage here. It is okay! Do not worry Dahling, Milla is here to help you!

Now get up. Yes yes! I said get up. Now let me show you a few moves Dahling. You must think like a Altaria, freeee with the winds but also hard like a Dugtrio. Yes! Now you have it.

[she beings to shake her hips and cha cha around the room]

Yes yes! Now follow me, one and a two and a three. Now. Don't you feel better dahling? Yah?

Okay now that you are relaxed, let us battle!
Third Person: Milla was shimming around the festival, shaking her hips and dancing with the music that was coming through the loud speakers. Her Jynx, Darling, mimicing her in the same motions, and behind her, Lovely, her Espeon, shimmed about. The only one who was not amused was Gardeviour, Bebe. Her arms were crossed and she was following further behind then the other three.

"Bebe! My love! Come come!" She turned and walked back to the pokemon. Darling and Lovely were staring at each other, "Return my beauties! I must talk with Bebe." She pulled out two sparkley pokeballs and returned the two.

"Garde..." she looked hesitant, backing away as Milla approached, "Devour." she turned up her nose a bit.

"My Bebe! Dahling, I know that you are angry at me for not working, but it is a festival! Come! Enjoy it with me!" She went to grab Bebe's hands who only turned and pointed to a large board that said 'TOURNAMENT SIGN UP', "Oh Bebe! Is that what you want! But of course we can sign up." She then pointed at the large CLOSED, "Oh..."

Bebe only laughed and shook her head, the music changed on the speakers and it started to play a salsa styled song. Milla smiled and pulled out the other two pokeballz, and Darling and Lovely came out, they formed a conga line and danced through the rest of the festival.
